Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap (Part II of II)
The word “swap” implies that you not only give, but also receive. I was lucky to be the recipient of three dozen of the most delectable cookies this past week!

Jessica of “My Kitchen Adventures” sent me a dozen “Melting Moments” from North Dakota, and they more than deserve that name as they LITERALLY melt in your mouth. Also included was a cute Christmas card and some extra peppermint fudge that I had to fight my kids over.
Brooke of “baking with basil” treated me to “Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies”, which were an instant favorite especially with my son. He would have eaten most of them before I could photograph ANY.
The last package arrived from California, a dozen “Cookies & Cream” cookies from Emily of “A Gilt Nutmeg”. I believe it that she had to fend off her coworkers etc. over these, because I had the same experience with my co-inhabitants AKA family.
A big “Thank You” to all three of you!
In the meantime, all cookies have been gobbled up and I can hardly wait for next year as Lindsay and Julie have promised they will do this again.

What a cute round-up!! You win an award, that’s for sure, because I did not even think about taking photos of what I received–instead the cookies went straight from the box to my mouth!
So glad you enjoyed them, because I loved making them! (The 1 1/2 hour wait at the post office not so much)

Yeah, the wait at the post office… we live in a small town, but right now it’s crazy! Glad you enjoyed the post – your cookies were delicious!
