While I am still trying to write posts AHEAD of time instead of struggling to get them posted ON THE DAY OF, I’ve decided to stop whining and accept what cannot be avoided, and to in short suck it up. There are bigger fish to fry, and so many things to enjoy.
One of them is a blog which I read regularly, but have hardly a chance to comment on: Baker Street. From her really cool logo to all the baked goods she tempts me with, Anuradha is the consummate baker/blogger through and through.
I would have described her as an inspired baker, had she not written it down on the short questionnaire I sent her. She tackles literally EVERYTHING, from her passion for muffins to bread to cake decorating. Just reading her blog makes me sooo hungry.
Anuradha AKA Baker Street blogs because she finds it relaxing to bake and share what she makes with others, and I am oh so glad that she does. Any muffin flavor you can think of she has already tried, is in the process of baking or she is about to whip up and blog about. One of my favorites was definitely the coffee hazelnut kind – for one thing I’m extremely partial to hazelnuts, and the combination intrigued me.
Anuradha has also been contributing to the #SundaySupper blogger group I belong to, and recently for our Cristina Ferrare themed #SundaySupper on May 20, 2012 she made the flourless chocolate cake – complete with some drop-dead gorgeous photographs that made me wish I was right there with her in her kitchen when she completed it, and yes thank you, I would like a second piece.
Check out Baker Street if you haven’t already bookmarked it!

Anuradha is one of my favorite blog friends. She’s such a sweet, friendly person and kind to everyone she comes across.
but… and it’s a big but – it’s her baking that really gets my attention. Those muffins! to die for.
